What should I expect during my first massage session?

Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your needs and concerns. You'll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level and lie on the massage table under a sheet. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered, ensuring your comfort and modesty throughout the treatment.

How often should I get a massage?

For optimal results, we recommend regular sessions every 4-6 weeks for maintenance. However, if you're addressing specific issues or participating in intense physical activity, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. We can create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.

Will the massage be painful?

While you may feel some pressure during deep tissue work, massage should never be excessively painful. Our therapists use a scale of 1-10 for pressure and will adjust according to your comfort level. Some mild soreness for 24-48 hours after a deep tissue massage is normal.
